The ART MANDAI reserves the right to update any of these points at any time, please check before accepting an exhibition with ART MANDAI

  1. Participation open for only Pune based artists. 

  2. Applicants must be practicing artists with minimum 5 years of experience. 

  3. Applicants to send a concept note and a rough sketch on how they plan to represent the chosen theme.

  4. The core committee will select the artists from the applications received based on the artists’ concepts and sketch.

  5. The selection will be at the discretion of the core committee.

  6. Participation fee is INR 1000 non-refundable. 

  7. Maximum sales price for a single artwork will be INR 3000. 

  8. 35% of total sales by an artist to be transferred Art Mandai for donation to a worthy social cause. 

  9. Artists found selling any artwork above the set limit will be suspended from participating in future Art Mandais.

  10. The artworks should be created specifically for Art Mandai 2026  strictly based on this year’s  theme.

  11. Only Original Artworks by an individual artist will be accepted . If found to be copied ,the artist will not be permitted to participate. 

  12. No production work permitted , 

  13. Individual Artists will not be  permitted to conduct art demos at their stall during the event to avoid crowding and to be fair to all participants. 

  14. The participants of Art Mandai 2026 will also have the opportunity to participate in the August Gallery (2026)

    • The August Gallery aims to showcase larger artworks which dwell deeper into the concept ‘Beauty in Everyday Things’.
      Participation is open only for the artists who have participated in the 26th January 2026 ArtMandai event.

    • The Gallery booking costs will be divided equally amongst the participating artists of the August Gallery.

    • The Price of the Artworks for this show will be determined by the artist.

    • There will be no contribution to Art Mandai from the sales made at The August Gallery.

Number Of Participants : 

  • Maximum 30 Visual Artists and 2 Performing Artists will be chosen based on their concept note. 

  • Artists chosen will be informed by email by end of September or beginning of October 2025 .​
